Anthony S. Ortiz is a litigation associate at Callahan Thompson Sherman & Caudill’s Irvine office. Anthony represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters, including labor and employment law, commercial and business disputes and transactions, and personal injury matters. Anthony’s practice focuses on the representation of the firm’s automobile dealership clients in complex commercial litigation involving individual and class action consumer defense.

Prior to joining Callahan Thompson Sherman & Caudill in 2019, Anthony worked for a reputable law firm representing its institutional clients in a variety of business and commercial litigation matters in the areas of creditors’ rights, real estate disputes, banking regulations, and bankruptcy, as well as the documentation and restructure of real estate, asset-based and commercial lending transactions.

Anthony earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. He was invited to join the Law School’s Appellate Moot Court Board and competed in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition in 2016. In addition, Anthony served on the Student Bar Association and chaired the Alumni Affairs committee and the Academic Affairs committee. Anthony was appointed to serve on the Honor Council and as a Student Ambassador in 2016 and 2015, respectively.
