Sim Singh is an associate at the firm’s Irvine location. She was born in Alberta, Canada and raised in New Jersey. She moved to California to pursue her law degree and has remained here to begin her legal career.
Ms. Singh graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She earned her Juris Doctor from UC Hastings College of the Law. During law school, Ms. Singh was a member of the Alternate Dispute Resolution team, where she competed and placed at both national and international competitions.
Prior to joining CTSC, Ms. Singh represented employees in wage and hour and discrimination lawsuits at a boutique labor and employment firm. Ms. Singh has primarily litigated class action wage and hour lawsuits.
