Shawn Pardo is an associate at Callahan Thompson Sherman & Caudill’s Irvine office and focuses his practice on civil litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of labor and employment law, business litigation, personal injury and general liability.

Prior to joining CTSC, Mr. Pardo was an associate attorney at a labor and employment law firm in Long Beach, where he represented employees in individual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination lawsuits, as well as, litigated class action wage and hour violations.

Mr. Pardo received his Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a minor in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Pardo received his law degree from Western State University College of Law, where he graduated with honors. While in law school, Mr. Pardo earned the opportunity to clerk for the Honorable Geoffrey T. Glass at the Orange County Superior Court in Santa Ana. Mr. Pardo is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.
