Mr. Zopatti’s practice primarily focuses on the defense of health care professionals including psychiatrists, psychologist, marriage and family therapists, licensed clinical social workers, professional counselors, dentists and chiropractors. Mr. Zopatti has successfully defended these providers though all aspects of civil litigation and administrative proceedings included jury trials, bench trials, mediations and licensing proceedings. Mr. Zopatti has also developed an expertise in regulatory compliance issues and HIPAA compliance issues.

Mr. Zopatti speaks regularly to various nationwide professional groups. He has made presentations to chapters of psychological associations, marriage and family therapists associations, social workers associations, child abuse prevention groups, clergy groups, as well as continuing education workshops.

Mr. Zopatti graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1980 with degrees in Political Science and Economics. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree in 1986 from the University of San Diego School of Law.
