Tina Hopper is an associate handling cases in the firm’s auto dealer department. Ms. Hopper was born and raised in Germany. She spent her teenage and early college years living and studying in Canada before moving to the United States. Ms. Hopper earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba with a major in Criminology and a minor in Latin. Ms. Hopper earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law with a semester spent studying in London, England through Notre Dame Law School’s London Law Program, and one year spent studying at the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law. Ms. Hopper has also earned a certificate in conflict resolution from Cornell University.

Ms. Hopper’s legal practice focuses on litigation defense, including employment class actions and PAGA actions, as well as the defense of religious, educational, and non-profit institutions, and general commercial litigation.

In addition,  Ms. Hopper is very involved in many aspects  of animal rescue.
