Charles S. Russell is an attorney in Callahan Thompson Sherman & Caudill’s Irvine office and a member of the firm’s auto dealership practice group. His practice focuses on employment law, complex litigation, class and collective action defense for alleged violations of the Labor Code, Private Attorney General Act, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Automobile Sales Finance Act, and Unfair Competition Law, and appellate work. Charles is also experienced in transactional and in-house counsel matters, including business formation and management counseling.

Charles has significant experience in a wide range of litigation matters, including administrative hearings, trials, appeals, arbitrations, mediations, motion practice, pre-trial discovery and internal investigations. Charles works closely with clients to keep them informed, help them stay in compliance, and aggressively resolve disputes efficiently.

Charles lives with his family in Long Beach where he is active in the nonprofit community. He is an avid backpacker, birdwatcher, and an amateur carpenter.
